Your digital customer card You always have your cell phone with you. And with the BIO COMPANY app now also your digital BIO COMPANY customer card. It works the same as the physical card, but is more practical. If you already have a physical customer card, you can store it digitally in the app. If you don't have a customer card yet, you can easily generate a new digital card in the app. In both cases, you can either use the customer card anonymously or create a profile and use the card in a personalized way.

Don't want a customer card? Of course, you can also use the app without a customer card.

Collect points, donate and view your current points balance With the digital customer card in the app, it is now even easier to make something of your purchase. Simply scan the BIO COMPANY app at the checkout and receive 1 point for every €5 purchase value. Collect 50 points and save 10% on your next purchase of your choice*. You can also view the current score at any time.

If you are a participant in our discount points program and have a registered customer card account, you can also donate the points you have collected to various charitable organizations. To do this, your BIO COMPANY points are converted into monetary amounts, which we pass on to the organization in a timely and collected manner. 1 point = €0.10.

Digital purchase receipts after every purchase Keep track of your recent purchases. After using the app, you will automatically receive your digital receipts in the app within 24 hours.

Add points yourself Have you ever forgotten to show or scan your customer card? That's not a problem, because with the BIO COMPANY app you can easily post the receipt digitally after 24 hours.

The current offers The BIO COMPANY promotional flyer with all the current offers appears every two to three weeks. You won't miss any action directly in the app.

Market finder and send feedback With the integrated market finder you can find the BIO COMPANY market near you. You can get directions directly or give your feedback on each individual market or purchase.

Select “Your Market”. With a little heart for your favorite market, you select it as “your market” in the app. This means that the current daily specials, market-specific services or opening times are just a tap away.

Notifications with useful information If you always want to stay up to date, you can activate the BIO COMPANY app notifications. This way you will be informed directly if, for example: B. the opening times of “your market” have changed or if you have collected points with your customer card.
